When contacting the publisher, describe the plan, country, subscription length and what did not match the listed snapshot. Include only non-sensitive details. Never send passwords, verification codes, complete payment information or identity documents.
Orders, account access, billing and refunds
Contact Hostinger directly for these matters. SciTeche cannot access your merchant account, change an order, cancel a subscription or issue a refund.
